CALEB Investigations and Security LLC is celebrating our first year anniversary serving clients from the Western Pennsylvania area. CALEB is owned by Fred J. Neal, Jr. Fred resides in West Franklin Township and has been a life- long residence or our Community. Fred brings over 30 years of law enforcement experience plus a background that includes the US Marine Corps, Volunteer Fire service, Emergency Medical service, and Armstrong Co Emergency Management Director. His law enforcement experience started as a military police Sergeant and then in police communications with the Pa State Police. Moving on to uniformed patrol officer with Kittanning Police Department and then serving 21 years with the Pa State Attorney General’s Office as an investigator, supervisor, and Director.
CALEB Investigations are now available to our private and corporate clients to assist you in developing the details to support various court actions. Criminal, Civil, Background Investigations, Child Abuse or Custody situation and others, CALEB can help you prepare for your day in court.
CALEB Security also provides uniform or plain clothes security officers that can be armed or unarmed to protect your interests. The Mission of Center for Community Resources is to make a positive difference in every day lives by connecting people to a network of supports and services essential for actively learning, working and living in the community.
Our agency's goal is to coordinate supportive services for individuals and families seeking information & referral for mental health, intellectual disabilities, substance abuse, utility assistance and other human service needs. We are an integrated point of contact working in collaboration with other human service agencies to identify needs in the community and effectively respond to assist anyone seeking help.
We provide free and confidential assistance for men, women, children, youth, seniors and families, regardless of religion, race, age or ability to pay. Services are accessible for people who are deaf, hard of hearing, visually impaired, and/or those with physical or intellectual disabilities. We help over 10,000 people in need each year.
